If the solutions below cannot help resolve your issue, please contact us. We will provide help as soon as possible.
Product doesn't work
- Change to other HDMI cables (HDMI 2.0 or above is recommended) or change to other HDMl ports on your displays/sources, and see if there is any difference.
- Please wipe the plug with dry pads and make sure all connections are tight.
- Wake up your connected sources or get your sources powered. Since this switch gets power from the sources, some sources cannot put out enough power individually in some cases (like sleeping mode and power save mode).
- Turn down your resolution to 2K or 1080P. When your sources output 4K content but your display is not capable of 4K, display issues may happen.
- Some displays with multiple HDMl ports do not detect and switch to the correct input automatically, please manually adjust it.
Cannot Show on Two Displays Simultaneously
Please note this switch can only support a single display in Mode 2 (switch between displays) and cannot split the content into two displays. If this product cannot cover your need, please contact us first and we would give you a satisfactory solution.
Cannot Get 4K
- Please check the distance of transmission is less than 2M at 4K@60Hz, and 5M at 4K@30Hz.
- Please confirm your HDMI cable, host devices, and displays are capable of 4K resolution.
Not compatible with ARC funtion
Cannot work with the soundbar since it can not extract audio. Do not support ARC function.

1 to 2 Ethernet Splitter
If the solutions below cannot help resolve your issue, please contact us. We will provide help as soon as possible.
Network Connection Failure
- Please check your LED indicator light:-Upon Power Connection: All the LED indicators will flash once.-Upon Network Transmission:Indicator-Green: Steady onIndicator-Orange: Flicker
- When connecting, make sure that the network cable is inserted in place, you will hear a "click" lock sound when inserted in place.
- Please wipe the port with dry pads, dust accumulation would cause connection issues.
- Reboot your device and ensure you are not connecting to any wireless network.
Low Transmission Speed
- To achieve 1000Mbps, please make sure that all network cables are CAT 6 or above Ethernet cables: secondly, please connect a stable power supply to power the device.
- The bandwidth provided by your Internet Service Provider will likely determine your ultimate Internetspeed. To achieve 1000Mbps, ensure the bandwidth provided by your ISP meets the requisite standard.
Note: The total bandwidth of 1000Mbps is shared across all output devices connected to the splitter, with a single device able to reach up to 1000Mbps.
Over-Heat
Heat produced during high-speed network transmission is normal. The aluminum shell of the splitter aids heat dissipation to protect the internal electronic circuits, which may cause it warm to touch.

What should I do if the optical splitter is not working properly?
- Check the physical connections. Ensure that all fiber optic cables are properly plugged in and that there are no visible signs of damage to the connectors or the splitter itself.
- Verify that the input optical signal is within the specified range for the splitter.
- If the problem persists, it may be due to internal issues such as excessive insertion loss or damage to the splitter. In this case, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer or a professional technician for further troubleshooting or replacement.
How can I reduce insertion loss when using an optical splitter?
- Insertion loss is a common concern when using optical splitters. To minimize it, ensure that the fiber optic cables are of high quality and properly terminated.
- Use connectors that are clean and free from dust or debris, as contaminants can significantly increase insertion loss.
- Additionally, avoid excessive bending or kinking of the fibers, as this can cause signal attenuation. Regularly inspect the splitter and cables for any signs of wear or damage.
